Here you can find everything you'll need during our collaboration from all your files to how to contact us. You'll have full access to this area throughout the whole project and for 6 months after completion. However, all of your project files will still live on in our shared Dropbox folder.

To create a trackable support ticket please send an email to [email protected]. For substantial ideas or project considerations, it's best to wait until our next catch up call so we can go through it properly. Our call will be scheduled for every week throughout the project at our mutual convenience.
Please email me with a list of meeting times that are best for you (typically in your morning or evening when our work hours overlap.)
Availability
Our working availability is generally Monday - Friday from 10am until 10pm, and our team usually responds to support tickets within 2 business days. If you'll be in another time zone, here's a handy little scheduler we use to help visualize our time difference for upcoming meetings.
